Gyunam is an Assistant Professor at the Process Analytics Cluster in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Eindhoven University of Technology. He completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science from RWTH Aachen University, Germany, in 2024. Gyunam is deeply committed to providing fair, compliant, and transparent solutions to process-related challenges. His research pursuits are centered around two complementary areas: first, he focuses on designing process mining methods that deliver complete transparency over organizational processes and enable process stakeholders to identify and characterize critical process issues; second, he develops responsible machine learning approaches that provide ethical and accountable solutions to these process-related problems. Through this dual research focus, Gyunam aims to bridge the gap between technical process analysis capabilities and the practical need for responsible, transparent process management solutions.
